DC-NET - Digital Cultural heritage NETwork is an ERA-NET (European Research Area Network) project, financed by the European Commission under FP7’s Capacities Programme |  Research Infrastructures.

The conference “e-Infrastructures for Cultural Heritage” on the DC-NET project was organised by the STIS which is co-work package leader of WP5 Dissemination. STIS is a service of the Belgian Federal Science Policy Office.

The conference took place in the Lippens Auditorium of the Royal Library of Belgium (http://www.kbr.be). We wish to thank here Patrick Lefèvre, Director General of the Royal Library of Belgium and Börje Justrell, Director of the National Archives and the Regional State Archives of Sweden, who respectively chaired the morning and afternoon session. Our thanks also to the speakers for their interresting presentations.

Our grateful thanks also go to the KBR staff members for their logistical and technical support.
