Having registered for the Conference does not automatically mean that a hotel has been booked for you.
You can visit Resotel’s website in order to book a hotel. Resotel is an independent hotel booking service that proposes for those attending this conference an initial selection of 6 hotels based upon price and location criteria: all of them are ideally located, close to the Royal Library of Belgium where the Conference will take place, and stars-based classification ranks from 3 to 5 (official classification). The rooms are available between October 28th and October 30th (2010). All other dates are upon request and subject to hotels’ availability. In case none of these hotels meet your expectations, it is always possible to contact Resotel for alternative suggestions.
Please note that rooms are available upon a “first come, first served” basis. The conditions provided remain valid until Monday September 27th (2010). After that date, the new and additional hotel reservation requests will be subject to hotel availability and current rate policy.
An online form can be found on the following link http://www.resotel.be/dcnet. The hotel booking form includes an initial selection of hotels, a short presentation of the proposed venues and an online map with the locations of this conference venue and the hotels proposed. Hotels can be selected in order of preference.
